Following our successful transformation of a leading Luton health club, we were appointed by the same client to deliver a comprehensive overhaul of one of their Southampton branches. Leveraging our proven approach, we ensured that the works encapsulated the premium style expected by the end-user while incorporating sustainable, cost-efficient solutions.

Our programme of works covered the main areas of the health club, including the reception, club lounge, creche, and various gym floor sections. With a brief to achieve a premium finish while remaining cost-efficient, we upcycled key features, including recladding the focal reception desk, installing a new counter top, and applying a refreshed paint finish.

In the club lounge, we cladded the existing bar and installed a new back bar, slatted wall dividers, wall panelling, and a media wall, creating a modern and inviting environment for members.

A standout bespoke feature was the creche storage units. Working from the architect’s drawings, we developed detailed technical plans, manufactured the units in-house, applied a soft, ombre colour finish, and delivered and installed them on site, combining functionality with a vibrant, fresh aesthetic for the children’s area.

Operating from our Preston base and working across the country in a live gym environment presented logistical challenges. Drawing on our experience from working on the refurbishment of the Luton club, we implemented a flexible programme, including nightwork when required, ensuring minimal disruption to gym operations.

Our strong performance at Luton directly contributed to securing this scheme, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner for both the client and end user.
