Drawing on our extensive experience delivering bespoke joinery packages for premium residential developments, JSJ UK was appointed by a private residential developer to manufacture and install a range of bespoke features for the resident amenity spaces at the development.

Designed to support modern living, the communal areas combine practicality with high-quality finishes, creating welcoming spaces where residents can work, relax and socialise.

Our scope included a bespoke reception desk, tea point, water station, sit-up benches, four Zoom rooms and back-lit mirrors within the gym. Every element was manufactured in our Lancashire workshop before being installed on site, ensuring consistency, quality and oversight throughout the programme.

A standout feature of the scheme is the bespoke media wall, manufactured entirely by our in-house team. Featuring sprayed MDF detailing, a laminate backboard and integrated LED lighting within every shelf, the installation creates a striking focal point within the amenity space while showcasing the precision and craftsmanship behind our bespoke manufacturing capabilities.

The reception area was further enhanced with a bespoke reception desk, manufactured in-house and prepared for the installation of stone worktops and tiled finishes. Together with the media wall and surrounding joinery, it establishes a striking first impression while reflecting the premium quality of the wider development.

Delivering the project required careful coordination across manufacturing, logistics and installation to align with the wider construction programme. Through close collaboration with the client and the wider site team, our installation specialists completed the full joinery package within the two-week programme of works, delivering the precision and quality expected of JSJ UK while meeting the demands of a fast-track project.
