We recently completed an exciting transformation at Stone Cross Place in Warrington, breathing new life into a tired office space and turning it into a sleek, sophisticated work environment designed to meet the needs of SMEs.

Located in Golborne’s Stone Cross Business Park, with prime visibility from the A580 East Lancashire Road, the project required a blend of modern design and functional enhancements. Once again, we were delighted to collaborate with Flexible Business Interiors, a specialist fit-out and refurbishment contractor, to bring this vision to life.

From concept to completion, our team worked closely with the client, refining initial drawings into fully developed manufacturing plans to ensure every detail aligned with the project’s goals. The result? A workspace that combines style, functionality, and comfort.

To elevate the aesthetics, custom oak veneer slatted wall panelling was installed throughout the  reception and meeting rooms. Additionally, stylish planters with a walnut stain were placed in the reception area and above the seating to enhance acoustics and privacy. These bespoke elements, manufactured by our skilled bespoke joinery team, provide a modern yet warm atmosphere, enhancing the overall visual appeal.

But this project wasn’t just about appearances. To support productivity and communication, bespoke acoustic solutions were essential. We installed integrated Autex acoustic ceiling panels and slatted wall panels designed to limit sound travel, improving the working environment for future tenants.

Despite tight timelines, the project was completed on schedule in less than two weeks, showcasing our commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and on budget.

With every detail thoughtfully executed, Stone Cross Place is now ready to welcome tenants to a workspace that balances style and performance.
