We recently completed a fast-track office refurbishment for Aztec Limited in Exchange Quay, a prime business location just two miles west of Manchester city centre. The client required a high-spec, open-plan fit-out, delivered swiftly without compromising on attention to detail or quality.

Our skilled manufacturing team began in the workshop, crafting bespoke elements including a spectacular arrival media wall, column cladding and a large teapoint island all finished in Egger Vincenza Oak. Each piece was carefully hand-packed by JSJ UK, transported to site, and installed to complement the premium aesthetic of the space.

To align with the client’s budget and sustainability objectives, we creatively repurposed the existing lockers by adding timber frame wraps, delivering a high-quality finish that harmonised with the overall design.   The original kitchen was retained but we added additional shelving to match the new finishes.  We also constructed a dedicated bin storage area to preserve functionality and visual appeal.

Completing the entire project within just five days and a live office building presented its own set of challenges. Our extensive experience managing sensitive, active sites allowed us to minimise disruption and deliver on schedule. By keeping all services in-house, we maintained full accountability, ensuring efficient time management and swift issue resolution.
