Drawing on our experience in manufacturing and installing bespoke joinery for high-end office refurbishments, JSJ UK was appointed by Flexible Business Interiors (FBI) to deliver office fit-out elements for their client, Chase de Vere, creating a modern workspace in Scotland that reflected their sophisticated stature.

The project covered the first-floor office and communal areas in a prime central Glasgow location near the River Clyde, resulting in a sleek, contemporary environment that combined functionality with refined design. Our scope of works included the manufacture and installation of acoustic panelling throughout the office to reduce noise, a solution for which JSJ UK is increasingly commissioned. In the boardroom, we crafted a bespoke media unit to house a large screen and installed a slatted screen to subtly divide office areas while maintaining openness and natural light.

Delivering the project in a live office environment presented logistical challenges, including restricted access and tight working windows. However, having previously delivered a retail fit-out as main contractor at Braehead Shopping Centre, we were familiar with the city and meticulously planned every delivery and installation, maximising efficiency despite being 200 miles away from our Lancashire HQ.

The project reinforced our long-term partnership with FBI, for whom we have delivered large-scale office transformation, including Chase de Vere projects in London and Manchester. Completed on time and to specification, the Glasgow refurbishment demonstrates JSJ UK’s ability to deliver bespoke joinery and acoustic solutions to create stylish, modern, and visually striking workspaces for nationally recognised firms.
